SISP, Facilitator and
Advisor to the IT Director of Grainger Property Trust Ltd (Top FTSE 500
company), Newcastle upon Tyne, (2005-2006 ongoing). The project
involves providing consultancy services and advice for strategic planning of IT
services for the Grainger Company. Work performed to date includes the drafting
of an IT strategy, facilitation of an IT vendor supplier network forum and
business process management and mapping.
SISP
and BPM, Development of IT strategy and help with IT vendor selection
for Koru Property Services Ltd, Team Valley, Newcastle upon Tyne (2006
ongoing). This involves the planning and execution of business process mapping
workshops with Directors and key staff, production of high level business
process maps and the development of an IT strategy.
BPM, Facilitation of business process mapping and analysis of work and information flows for Knowledge House (part of the NE universities consortium), (2005-2007 ongoing). This work involves mapping out the workflows, tasks, information and responsibilities between different university departments and functions. The aim will be to re-engineer processes prior the full adoption of a Knowledge House Information System. Value

Development. This consultancy was
undertaken for Integrated Automation Systems Ltd and included desk review of
quality manual/procedures, audit assessment of organisational procedures,
report and presentation to IAS Executive Management and training needs
analysis for structured development methodology, November 1993 to February
1994.
