1. Adjust sound card settings

1. Open sound mixer applet (yellow speaker in system tray)
2. Options|Properties
3. Select "Adjust volume for... recording"
4. Tick "Mixed output Device" in window labelled "Show the following volume controls"
5. Hit OK
6. Now tick Mixed Output Device on device selection window

2. Adjust recording settings in DOP
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1. Options|Digital Audio Port Setup
2. Select SB AudioPCI 64v Record for the Digital Audio Input device
3. Hit options button
4. Set default sample rate to 44100
5. Set temp directory to F:\ or H:\
6. Hit OK and hit OK again
7. Options|Metronome Settings - untick Click During Playback

3. Recording MIDI to audio
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1. Mute all audio tracks
2. Create a pair of new audio tracks, panning one to the left (-64) and one to the right (63)
3. Select both for recording (hold down the Ctrl key and click in the record column)
4. Rewind to beginning of song
5. Press record button and wait until all MIDI data has been played
6. Press stop

You should now have a stereo recording of your MIDI tracks
